As the Office 365 Solutions Architect, you will focus on the strategy, planning, and evolution of the Microsoft 365 platform. Your role will be to translate business needs into technical solutions, with an initial focus on collaboration and SharePoint. You will provide technical leadership, drive user adoption, and ensure the successful rollout of M365 tools across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Support and build the Microsoft 365 roadmap.
- Lead the design, implementation, rollout, and optimization of the M365 toolset, focusing on collaboration and SharePoint.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture.
- Drive the evaluation and selection of tools to support business processes.
- Increase M365 tool adoption through training and change management initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures and design documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for M365 technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Create project reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Provide input on RFPs and contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in the implementation of Microsoft 365, including design, configuration, and deployment.
- Extensive experience in enterprise solutions architecture and technical leadership.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure AD, ADFS, Teams, EMS, PowerApps, Power Automate, SCCM, Intune, MFA, and Cloud App Security.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or ITIL Foundation are a plus; MCSA and/or MCSE certification in Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT delivery and cybersecurity principles.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and successful large-scale rollouts of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Proven ability to design and implement configurations and customizations to meet business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
