Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)
Salary: $25/Hour
Duration: 5 months (Possibility of Extension)

Time: 30hrs week (4, 7.5 hr days), 3 days in office, 1 day from home

Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
● Overseeing coordination of routine maintenance and repairs of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
● Managing coordination of downsize and renovations (May-Sept 2025).
● Ensure the office is compliant with safety regulations, coordinating with EHS and security.
● Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating needs and placing orders as required.
● Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
● Manage, schedule and coordinate vendor relationships, including working with strategic sourcing for contract negotiations, accounts payable negotiating contracts and ensuring timely payment, or other departments for clarification and solutions.
● Maintain office filing systems and records, both physical and electronic.
● Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors.
● Managing access control and visitor management.
● Communicating office-wide notifications.
● Coordinate with IT support for office technology.
● Provide administrative support to the management team.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
● Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
● Assist with event planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Previous experience in the same field
