Responsibilities
• Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
• Assist with daily data entry tasks and maintain accurate, organized records
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Support inventory flow tracking and reconciliation as it relates to bookkeeping
• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks
• Help Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Participate in payroll processing (experience preferred, but not required)
• Adapt to new responsibilities as needed, with clear communication and guidance
Qualifications
• Proficient in QuickBooks with full-cycle bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of inventory flow and its impact on bookkeeping
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills
• Quick to learn and comfortable adopting new systems and processes
• Ability to follow directions and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, yet enjoy being part of a collaborative team
• Experience with AutoPoint/Amador is a strong asset
• Payroll experience is a plus
