Responsibilities
As the Office Coordinator, you will be entrusted with a broad range of tasks central to the company's operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
-Respond promptly to all daily emails and customer inquiries.
-Answer and action promptly all phone calls from customers and suppliers.
-Provide necessary email and phone support for technicians and installers.
-Manage the booking of technician service, maintenance, and warranty calls.
-Handle the emailing of maintenance contracts for retail and commercial accounts.
-Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
-Handle and process deposits to the bank as needed.
-Process and apply customer payments (e-transfer, walk-in) to accounts.
-Handle walk-in customer sales and service.
-Organize supplies/equipment and track incoming deliveries.
-Maintain records and processes for equipment delivery.
-Process warranty claims using systems like ServiceBench or Climateshield.
-Process WSIB claims.
Qualifications
To excel in this Office Coordinator role, you will need a strong blend of administrative and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess:
-Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
