Office Laborers / Pack & Move Team (10-Day Project)
Randstad is seeking a team of 4 dependable, detail-oriented individuals for a short-term, 10-day physical office relocation project in the Cold Lake area. Location: In/Around Cold Lake, Alberta (Local to Cold Lake or surrounding areas preferred)
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00/hour
Project Schedule: 10 consecutive working days straight (Monday to the following Wednesday)
Hours: 8.5 hours on-site daily (8 hours paid per day, plus daily shuttle travel)
Start Date: June 15th

Responsibilities
File & Binder Packing: Pull files, binders, and folders from shelves and cabinets, ensuring they are packed into boxes in the exact order they were removed.
Labeling & Tracking: Scan barcodes, attach labels, and manually write clear Box IDs on boxes for tracking.
Staging & Material Handling: Use carts and dollies to move packed boxes out of the building to the designated staging area and assist in loading them onto transport trucks (No forklift required).
Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with the 4-person Randstad crew and 3 onsite staff members to meet daily site targets across 5 different local facilities.
Qualifications
Physical Capability: Must be comfortably able to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing 25 to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Language: Full English proficiency is a must for inventory tracking and safety instructions.
Commute: Must have reliable transportation to get yourself to and from the centralized daily meeting site (located in Cold Lake or approximately 20 minutes outside of town).
Required PPE: Candidates must provide and wear their own steel-toed safety boots.
Pre-Screening Compliance: Successful candidates must pass a 7-panel drug & alcohol test + breathalyzer, a Criminal Record Check (CRC), and sign an NDA.
Pre-Site Orientation: Must be able to complete a mandatory 30-minute online safety orientation 2 days prior to the project start date.
