Responsibilities
The responsibilities for the Office Manager include
•Manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
•Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
•Manage finances, including budgeting, billing, and collections
•Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
•Maintain electronic health records and other administrative records
•Liaise with external stakeholders, including insurance companies, vendors, and regulatory agencies
•Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines, including privacy officer role
•Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, specifically being involved in Q/A meetings held quarterly
•Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
•5+ years of experience in office management or related field
•Strong leadership and management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Financial management and budgeting skills
•Proficiency in office management software and technology
