Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls in both French and English with clarity and professionalism.
Technical Accuracy: Perform detailed offline data entry, ensuring 100% accuracy in our records.
Problem Solving: Assess customer needs, provide solutions, and manage inquiries or complaints with a positive attitude.
Multitasking: Seamlessly pivot between active call queues and critical documentation tasks.
Qualifications
Bilingualism: High-level fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
Precision: An "eagle eye" for detail; you take pride in the accuracy of your data entry.
Versatility: The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work fully on-site at our Winnipeg office.
