Data Entry: Perform detailed and accurate data entry offline.
Customer Support: Assess customer needs, provide clear solutions, and manage any issues or complaints.
Documentation: Maintain precise and accurate records of all customer interactions and data.
Team Performance: Meet individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bilingual: Must have a strong command of both English and French, both written and verbal.
Detail-Oriented: A proven ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy is a must.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role is a plus.
Work Ethic: A positive attitude and strong work ethic are required.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
