In this role, you will act as the primary on-site lead responsible for the lifecycle of physical branding assets at designated major venues. You will function as an operational leader—part project manager, part site supervisor—ensuring that high-impact visual branding is properly installed, maintained, and removed. You will manage a team of specialists to ensure a consistent visual experience along the customer’s path to purchase.

Contract duration - Approximately 7 weeks (Project based)
Location - Assigned Venue in Vancouver (On-site required)
Hours of operation - Variable/Event-based shifts (Must be available for the entire duration including weekends/evenings as per event schedule)
Start Date - June, 2026 (Subject to vetting process starting Jan 2026)
Salary - ranges between 24/hr - 28/hr

Responsibilities
Lead Installation & Setup: Oversee and participate in the physical installation of branding materials and point-of-sale assets across the venue prior to the event launch.
Operational Leadership: Manage a team of on-site specialists, ensuring adherence to schedules, attendance, and operational duties from pre-event to post-event.
Quality Assurance & Maintenance: Conduct daily routine checks of all payment environments to ensure branding complies with visual standards; oversee the immediate refresh of missing or damaged materials.
Inventory & Logistics: Manage the on-site storage facility, conduct accurate inventory counts, and act as the primary point of contact for supply escalations.
Reporting & Communication: Provide daily status reports to central operations and maintain real-time communication regarding site readiness and challenges.
Site Teardown: Oversee the complete removal and proper disposal or return of all branding assets, ensuring the venue is returned to its original state.
Qualifications
Team Leadership: Proven experience leading teams with minimal oversight; ability to manage schedules and foster a positive work environment.
Operational Agility: Experience in events, retail operations, or logistics where quick decision-making and adaptability are required.
Hands-on Work Ethic: Willingness to perform physical tasks (installation/removal) alongside management duties; ability to withstand long workdays on your feet.
Communication: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French (for Canada) or Spanish is considered a strong asset.
Availability: Must be fully available from early June to mid-July 2026 without interruption.
