Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Halifax, NS
6 months contract with possibility of extension or permanency
Employment Type: Full-time, 100% Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $35 – $39 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
1. Spearhead seamless coordination with Nordex Logistics team to orchestrate the
flawless delivery of minor and major components from the Port of Arrival to Project
Site.
2. Craft and deliver daily and weekly delivery plans and schedules that serve as strategic
roadmaps aligning with project milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating
deviations.
3. Champion the tracking of delivery delays, swiftly pinpointing issues stemming from
logistics providers or onsite challenges to ensure on-time deliveries.
4. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure synchronized logistics activities that
support project success.
5. Monitor and optimize inventory levels with precision to meet project demands and
deadlines.
6. Innovate and streamline logistics processes to enhance delivery efficiency and costeffectiveness.
7. Engage stakeholders with clear and concise communication, providing real-time
updates on delivery status and resolving issues promptly.
8. Uphold stringent adherence to safety regulations and quality standards across all
logistics operations.
9. Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for
enhancement, implementing strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in wind industry and new project
construction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
