Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and configure solutions within the OpenText Content Server platform.
• Perform essential patching, maintenance, and health checks to ensure system uptime.
• Develop and support integrations between OpenText and other critical business systems.
• Manage the mapping, transformation, and loading of documents for data migration.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to define, estimate, and deliver a backlog of work.
• Support all phases of implementation, including application testing and deployment.
• Create technical specifications, operating guides, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
• A degree or diploma in computer science or a related field, combined with 2-5 years of experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience integrating OpenText Content Server using APIs and web services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting and configuring OpenText Content Server environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Application Developer using .NET, C#, and Visual Studio.
• Proficiency with OpenText modules like Extended ECM, WebReports, and familiarity with MS SQL Server.
