Responsibilities
• Order and Logistics Management: Organize and process all order-related issues, including returns, refunds, credits, and short shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner Communication: Manage the Strategic Sales general inquiries inbox, responding promptly and effectively to solve problems and maintain strong, positive relationships with partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Account Managers, Operations, and other teams, including Distribution Centers and Financial Shared Services, to facilitate smooth processes.
• Operational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Strategic Sales team, including select order processing and inventory management.
• Process Improvement: Actively identify process constraints and collaborate with the team to develop and implement new efficiencies.
• Special Projects: Take ownership of special projects and additional duties as needed to support team goals.
Qualifications
• Experience: Ideally 1-3 years of experience in a retail store or customer service center.
• Education: A post-secondary degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• Skills: Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), as well as experience with PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in challenging the status quo and innovating how we work. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a collaborative team player who holds yourself and others accountable.
