During this introductory period, you will rotate through diverse logistics activities—including packaging, warehousing, rail, and commercial administration—preparing you for a permanent key leadership position within the company. For the first 24 months, you won't just learn the business—you’ll live it. You will rotate through different terminals, mastering everything from warehousing and rail logistics to commercial strategy and global project management.
Your goal? Prove you have the strategic mindset and "get-it-done" attitude to earn a key leadership position at the end of the program. Responsibilities
📋 What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Lead the Pack: You won’t just manage a team; you’ll motivate, train, and mentor them. You’re the coach, the strategist, and the cheerleader.
- Solve the Puzzle: When things go sideways (and in logistics, they do), you’ll interpret the variables, fix the problem, and propose a way to make sure it never happens again.
- Master the Metrics: You’ll own your department’s KPIs. Analyze the data, report to the big bosses, and implement - "Continuous Improvement" like a pro.
- The Global Network: You’ll collaborate with colleagues around the world, participating in projects that span from local terminals to international hubs.
Qualifications
🎯 Who You Are:
- Educated & Eager: You’ve got a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree under your belt.
- A Natural Leader: You’re a creative organizer who can negotiate a win-win and communicate with anyone—from the warehouse floor to the C-suite.
- Coachable & Constant: You have a "continuous improvement" mindset. You don't just accept the status quo; you hunt for a better way.
- Tough & Flexible: You aren't afraid of a little "real world" weather. Whether it’s 90 degrees or 19, you’re on the move.
- Multilingual Magic: English is a must; if you speak a second language, you’re already a step ahead.
