Responsibilities
* Manage all office administration, ordering, and inventory (supplies, groceries, equipment). * Plan and execute team events and complex logistics across multiple locations. * Oversee back-office documentation and maintain detailed records. * Serve as the primary contact for external partnerships and vendors. * Utilize project management skills to ensure the timely completion of operational tasks.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or events coordination role. * Must-Haves: Exceptional written English communication (sharp, detail-oriented, error-free). * Must-Haves: Proficiency in Outlook and the full Microsoft Office Suite. * Proven ability to work independently with a proactive and professional attitude. * Project management experience is a strong asset.
