Responsibilities
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, with a strong focus on on-time delivery.
• Expertise in manufacturing and assembly techniques and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coach production teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and applicable regulations (e.g., Transport Canada).
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, risk mitigation, and resolving operational challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and drive change.
• A relevant certificate, diploma, or degree in a related field is a strong asset.

Qualifications
