Responsibilities
- Perform monthly site evaluations within the Greater Toronto Area to verify compliance with safety, food quality, and health regulations.
- Collaborate with business owners to identify performance gaps and implement strategic action plans.
- Utilize data analytics to generate insightful reports for leadership regarding regional productivity and trends.
- Act as the primary liaison between local branches and head office to resolve urgent operational challenges.
- Mentor and coach franchise partners to help their teams exceed established service and financial targets.
- Maintain the high standards of the hospitality industry by auditing brand consistency and guest experience.
Qualifications
- Must possess 3–5 years of leadership experience within the hospitality industry, specifically in franchise or quality management.
- Hold a Certificate or diploma in hospitality management, restaurant operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency using MYR, Cluster, Google Workspace, and ClickUp
- You must hold a valid driver’s license and have consistent access to a vehicle for travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
- An Operations Manager in this role must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities autonomously.
