Supervise and support a team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Manage a variety of tasks with a sense of urgency.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.

What You'll Bring:
Previous experience supervising a team.
Experience in the automotive or industrial supply industry is a huge plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Advantages
- $75,000-$85,000 annually based on experience
- Mon-Fri Daytime hours (7:30am-4pm)
- 3 weeks vacation

Responsibilities
- Supervise inside/counter sales team, dispatchers, and drivers
- Ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothly including scheduling shifts
- Assist in budgeting and monitor expenditures
- Support, mentor and coach new staff members
- Customer relations and finding creative solutions to problems
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous Operations/Branch Supervisor experience required (3-5 years ideally with automotive and industrial supplies)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and work with a high sense of urgency
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients and your team
- Previous experience in counter sales and working with a POS system is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
