Position: Business Operations Support Representative
Shift: M-F, 9am to 5pm (flexible – 37.5 hrs/week)
Salary: $20.03/hr
Location: Barrie, ON - onsite

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing administrative support to the branch and the Manager of Client Services; coordinating equipment needs and IT support; maintaining an up-to-date Business Continuity Management plan; handling client requests; managing branch communication; supporting branch meetings and facilities; managing mail and couriers; answering phones and directing calls; and identifying cost reduction opportunities. Reception duties include greeting clients and managing the branch directory and boardroom schedule.
Qualifications
Must have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior administrative experience. Post-secondary education in a related discipline (business) is preferred. CSC and CPH certifications are considered assets, as is previous data entry experience.
