Position: Business Operations Support Representative
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (flexible – 37.5 hrs/week)
Location: Barrie, ON

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coordinating equipment needs and providing training support; performing office duties and ensuring compliance; supporting the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Plan; providing high-level administrative support; implementing effective communication; supporting the Manager Client Service in various functions; suggesting improvements; handling premises issues; identifying cost reduction opportunities; maintaining the branch filing system; supporting branch initiatives and professionals; advocating for client experience; and performing other sundry duties as assigned. Reception duties may also include greeting clients, managing the Boardroom schedule, handling mail and couriers, and answering phones.
Qualifications
Must have: Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and administrative experience. Nice to have: CSC, CPH, and previous data entry experience. Post-secondary education in a related discipline (business) is preferred.
