Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer III, you will be the final checkpoint for secured lending applications, ensuring all documentation and system entries are compliant and accurate before funds are released.
Key Accountabilities:
Documentation Review: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to the RESL application experience (e.g., credit agreements signed by the customer and sales channel).
System Integrity: Accurately complete and verify all required inputs on the RESL origination system prior to releasing the application for funding.
Transaction Execution: Execute complex transactions, adjustments, and overrides accurately and on time, adhering strictly to established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage risks, escalate non-standard or high-risk issues promptly, and support the resolution of systemic operational issues.
Partner Support: Support internal partners with inquiries and adjustments related to secured lending applications.
Process Improvement: Identify and actively participate in opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and process flow.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
Education: Post-Secondary Education (Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of overall professional experience, with demonstrated experience in a corporate administrative or back-office environment.
Technical: Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Proven strong communication, exceptional attention to detail, and solid problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have Experience (Assets)
Previous Banking experience.
Experience with Mortgage/Secured Lending processes.
Disqualifier
Candidates currently holding a Mortgage or Real Estate License.
