Responsibilities
Operational Support: Execute a broad range of transactions and specialized processing activities accurately and on time.
Salvage & Claims: Assist with salvage recovery processes and provide support for ongoing claims projects.
Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry and manage information within ministry portals.
Reconciliation: Support the business by performing financial and data reconciliations to ensure record accuracy.
Compliance: Adhere to enterprise frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity protocols, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
SLA Management: Prioritize and manage your own workload to consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities to improve service delivery and internal operating models.
Qualifications
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in data entry, data analytics, office administration, or trade/transaction processing.
Education: High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary education is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (a must) and Outlook. Ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for this role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have: Previous experience with reconciliation, data analytics, or knowledge of Money Market (MM) and Foreign Exchange (FX) products.
