As an Operations Officer II, you will provide a broad range of operational support and perform general to specialized transactions within the Operations & Technology functional area. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring that business objectives, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and customer experience targets are consistently met. This role is a 50/50 split between administrative back-office tasks and telephone-based support, requiring high levels of adaptability and communication.

Operational Support: Execute general to specialized transactions accurately and within established standards, ensuring due diligence is applied to every file.
Partner Relations: Maintain and support relationships with internal and external partners, providing subject matter expertise within your defined area.
Problem Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer or partner issues by following established resolution processes and escalating high-risk activities when necessary.
SLA Adherence: Prioritize and manage your own workload to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding productivity and accuracy.
Compliance & Quality: Follow audit and process guidelines to ensure satisfactory results; remain knowledgeable of and comply with the Bank’s Code of Conduct.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in daily touchpoints, suggesting process improvements and adopting new technology to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in a corporate or administrative environment.
Customer Service: Proven experience in a customer-facing or partner-support role (telephone experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and strong Data Entry skills with high accuracy.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
Organization: Exceptional time management and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Post-secondary education is preferred.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience in Banking, Bookkeeping, or Accounting.
Background in Real Estate, Mortgage Funding, or Legal administrative work.
Must be able to attend a full-time, 2-week onsite training period.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule with flexibility regarding anchor days.
Note: A history of stable employment is highly valued.
