Location: Dieppe, NB (Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension and/or permanent conversion)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Access Management: Execute the provisioning and de-provisioning of user access to internal finance applications in a timely and accurate manner.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, investigate, and resolve user access issues and errors following the training period.
Operational Support: Perform general to specialized transactions and processing activities to ensure business objectives and Service Level Goals are met.
Collaboration: Interact professionally with internal partners to handle inquiries and escalate complex problems through established resolution channels.
Risk & Compliance: Maintain operational effectiveness by following audit guidelines and Bank Codes of Conduct to identify and mitigate risks.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and participate in process improvements and adapt quickly to changes in technology or bank policies.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in an operations or administrative role.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Word and Excel).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal colleagues.
Adaptability: A "tech-savvy" mindset with the ability to learn new software systems and internal platforms quickly.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Prior experience in Access Provisioning or IT support.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs).
Knowledge of Global or WSS platforms.
Background in trade processing or financial products (e.g., Loans, Deposits, FX)
