Key Responsibilities
Precision Operation: Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to maneuver materials throughout the facility.
Quality Control: Utilize precision measuring equipment to verify product accuracy; maintain meticulous documentation of all findings.
Technical Literacy: Read, interpret, and contribute to technical drawings and complex written instructions.
Systems Maintenance: Work hands-on with hand/power tools, hydraulic systems, steam boilers, and pressure vessels.
Problem Solving: Exercise initiative and creative thinking to troubleshoot production hurdles and optimize manufacturing quality.
Team Support: Maintain a professional, "can-do" attitude and assist with various work-related tasks as the production schedule requires.

Responsibilities
Certifications: Valid Forklift and Overhead Crane certifications are considered a strong asset.
Physical Stamina: Ability to safely lift and move items using appropriate mechanical aids and proper ergonomic techniques.
Technical Aptitude: Previous experience with industrial machinery, power equipment, and technical documentation.
Reliability: A mature approach to hard work and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Background: Prior experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
Certifications: Active forklift certification is required; proficiency or certification in overhead crane operation is a significant advantage.
Physical Requirements: Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks and safely maneuver materials using appropriate mechanical aids.
Soft Skills: Proven track require of proactive problem-solving, high initiative, and a commitment to precision.
