• Prepare, organize, and archive operational documentation, work orders, invoices, and administrative reports.
• Collaborate with branch management and field logistics staff to ensure accurate scheduling and smooth daily branch operations.
• Assist with basic account reconciliation, billing follow-ups, and data entry in accordance with business administration standards.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming branch reception area and ensure administrative supplies are adequately stocked.
Qualifications
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in an administrative support, office coordination, or customer service role.
• Prior administrative experience within the construction, rental equipment, or industrial sector is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex database or inventory management systems quickly.
