High-Volume Communication: Manage a consistent flow of incoming phone calls and emails, coordinating effectively with patients and nursing staff.
Order Management: Accurately take medical orders and execute the fulfillment process within the pharmacy system (if you have worked in a high volume healthcare oriented setting where you entered orders into a order management system you will pick up quickly)
Data Entry: Perform precise order entry into the dispensing system to ensure patient prescriptions are processed without delay.
Collaboration: Work closely with the pharmacy team to maintain a high standard of service and accuracy during peak periods.
Qualifications

Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills are required to communicate information about orders, deliveries and related.
Customer Service Excellence: A proven track record in high volume phone- and email-based customer service roles involving patient- or customer-specific order entry of products or services.
Reliability: Ability to consistently commit to a 7:00 AM start time.
Technical Aptitude: Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Prescription Entry: Prior experience specifically handling prescription entry and pharmacy dispensing workflows into any pharmacy software system is strongly preferred but we are open to considering high volume
