Randstad Canada is looking for qualified and experienced Order Pickers/Packers to join our food production facility in Calgary. This is a full-time contract role assisting with order picking, forklift operation, and general shipping/receiving duties.
Role Details:
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Duration: Temporary contract (3–4 months)

Environment: Working within a freezer; involves repetitive lifting
Shift Schedule:
Sunday: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Monday – Friday: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
What You Bring:
Proven experience with order picking and packing.
Proficiency in forklift operation.
Ability to handle repetitive lifting in a cold storage/freezer environment.
Must have your own steel-toe boots.
Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities
•Manual Order Picking & data entry
•Taking completed bags of dry food mix from the machine, and stacking them on pallets
•Repetitively lifting 44 to 55lbs
•Loading and unloading orders onto pallets to be shipped out
•General cleaning duties of the working area to ensure strong food safety
• Manual Order picking and preparing customer orders
• Safely operate reach truck
Qualifications
•You have experience in manual order picking
•Reach truck experience
•You can lift up to 50lbs
•You are comfortable standing for up to 8 hours
•A positive attitude and good attention to detail
•You have good communication skills
•Must have the ability to use a computer
