Responsibilities
Order Picking: Safely and efficiently pick and pack customer orders using a sheet to ensure products go to the correct location.
Equipment Operation: Operate electric pallet jacks to move, load, and unload inventory according to safety standards.
Shipping Prep: Label, wrap, and securely prepare pallets for shipment.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse area.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors Adam and Michael to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Equipment Skills: Experience using electric pallet jacks is strongly preferred; a valid pallet jack certification is an asset.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift heavy 50-60lbs products and stand/walk for extended periods.
Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
Work Environment: Must be comfortable and willing to work in a unionized environment.
