Order Picker Operator

We are seeking a safety-conscious professional to join a high-performing warehouse team in South Kitchener. If you are looking for predictable day shifts, a great work environment, and weekly pay, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Cherry Picker / Order Picker to handle and relocate hardware inventory throughout the facility.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders to meet daily customer fulfillment targets.
- Wear and utilize Fall Protection equipment daily while operating safely at heights.
- Perform pre-shift safety inspections on operating equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general workspace maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications
- Certification: Fall Protection experience/certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker. An external forklift license is strongly preferred.
- Physical Effort: Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Location: Ability to commute to South Kitchener.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to workplace safety and punctual full-time attendance.
