Operate Raymond Reach and aerial lift equipment safely and efficiently for 5-8 hours per day.
Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to pick lists and instructions provided via an RF scanner.
Use warehouse management system (WMS) software to track inventory, process orders, and print labels.
Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling and storage of all products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
Inspect material handling equipment before each use and report any defects or maintenance needs immediately.
Consistently and safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 22 lbs (10 kg).
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality goals within the manufacturing & logistics department.
Qualifications
A valid, externally issued certification for the operation of Raymond Reach and/or aerial lift equipment is mandatory.
Previous experience in a role as an Order Picker or forklift operator within a distribution or warehouse environment.
Demonstrable experience and proficiency with RF scanners.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and consistently lifting up to 22 lbs.
Must own a pair of CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots.
A strong commitment to safety and a proven record of safe equipment operation.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
