* **Order Processing:** Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately using digital systems and order sheets.
* **Inventory & Math:** Perform simple inventory counting and basic mathematical checks.
* **Material Handling & Palletizing:** Safely wrap pallets and stage goods for shipment.
* **Facility Maintenance:** Maintain general shop cleanliness and keep work areas organized.
* **Equipment Operation (Optional):** Operate Reach Trucks (certification preferred, but not required).

* **Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and work prolonged overnight shifts.

* **Transportation:** Must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute for overnight shift times.

* **Base Pay:** $18.00 – $22.00 / hr *(based on experience)*
* **Overnight Premium:** Additional **+$2.00 / hr** shift differential
