If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where technical knowledge meets relationship building, this is the opportunity for you.
Advantages
Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a robust base salary complemented by performance-based sales quotas and incentives.
Professional Growth: Access to manufacturer-led factory training and product development workshops to keep your skills sharp.
Collaborative Culture: Work within a supportive team environment that emphasizes cross-divisional communication and shared success.
Career Stability: Join a well-established leader in the air distribution sector with a consistent pipeline of major construction projects.
Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including conducting take-offs, pricing, and the preparation of comprehensive tender packages.
Handle high-volume incoming communications via phone and email, providing accurate technical support and customer service.
Oversee project management tasks, such as issuing purchase orders to manufacturers and coordinating equipment production releases.
Prepare or supervise the creation of submittal drawing packages to ensure project specifications are met.
Participate in weekly project reviews and collaborate with division managers to develop strategic bidding approaches for large-scale contracts.
Conduct occasional site visits to troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction on-field.
Mentor and assist in the training of inside sales representatives within the division.

Education: A University Degree (Bachelor of Commerce, EIT, or P.Eng. preferred) or a College Diploma (Business, C.E.T., or M.E.T. preferred).
Technical Skills: The ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings and blueprints is a significant asset.
