Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales / Business Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in driving commercial success. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts within an assigned geographic territory.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to actively expand market share.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all customer interactions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for management review and approval.
• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt, effective resolutions.
• Develop annual marketing plans for key accounts and prospects.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing changes, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Regularly participate in industry events (conferences, training seminars, etc.).
• Communicate regularly with clients through value-driven messaging.
• Willingness to travel within the region, engaging virtually and in person with customers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of experience, and professional skills:
• Experience in blue collar sales .
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Adaptable to remote work with disciplined focus, coupled with the ability to thrive in an In-person setting.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with CRM tools and other sales technologies.
• Confidence in presenting KPIs, account updates, and market insights to leadership.
• A commitment to upholding company quality policy and corporate values.
• Expertise in Sales and Business Development.
