Position: Overnight Shift Assembler
City: Victoria, BC
Salary: $28.50/hour

Assemble products and components according to facility standards
Operate tools and automated assembly equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station during overnight shifts
Collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets
Perform basic quality checks on completed items
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
Clear criminal record check
Strong track record of job tenure or commitment to long-term career growth
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset
Previous assembly experience is considered a strong asset, but is not required
