Pay Rate: $27.06 ($25.56/hour + $1.50 graveyard shift premium)
Rotating shift:
Sunday to Wednesday / Sunday to Tuesday
5:45PM – 5:45AM
* Steel-toed safety boots required *

Responsibilities
• Operate, control, and make necessary adjustments to industrial dough dividing machinery
• Monitor machine outputs meticulously, record data, and ensure all product specifications are met with precision.
• Conduct tests and inspections of products to evaluate quality and performance, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Proactively identify and report any issues with equipment, products, or processes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform consistent physical tasks, including the ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) throughout the shift.
• Work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors in a fast-paced and high-pressure production environment.
• Follow all safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and sanitation standards strictly.
Qualifications
• Proven ability to operate and adjust industrial machinery, preferably in food production
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong quality control analysis skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a solid mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent time management skills to work efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently.
• A comprehensive understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) is mandatory.
