Responsibilities
• Accurately and efficiently package medical products according to precise company specifications and quality standards.
• Carefully apply correct labels, stickers, and other identification marks to products, boxes, and shipping cartons.
• Perform visual quality control checks on products and packaging to identify and report any damages, defects, or inconsistencies.
• Safely assemble and stack finished products onto pallets (palletizing) in preparation for shipping and distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times to promote an efficient workflow.
• Strictly adhere to all company health and safety procedures and protocols, a critical requirement for this Randstad Operational role.
• Operate basic packaging machinery and use hand tools as required for assembly and sealing tasks.
• Assist with inventory counts and recording product information as needed.
Qualifications
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• A reliable and punctual team player with a strong and positive work ethic.
• Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
