Position Title: Packaging Associate
Job Type: Full-time, 3-Month Contract with Strong Potential for Permanent Employment
Location: Stayner, ON
Work Schedule: Day Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 4:30 PM–1:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour – Day Shift $19.50/hour – Afternoon Shift
Referral Bonus: Earn a $100 bonus when your successful referral completes 160 hours
Transportation: Reliable transportation required; facility is not accessible by public transit

Responsibilities
Weigh, handle and package cannabis products
Follow established production and packaging procedures
Ensure packaged products meet required quality standards
Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards
Use ERP software for inventory control and order processing
Complete required production and compliance documentation
Clean production rooms and maintain an organized work area
Clean and maintain production equipment, including printers
Perform repetitive packaging and production activities
Support daily production requirements and team goals
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks
Good manual dexterity and visual attention
Comfortable using computers, MS Excel and Outlook
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and reach for extended periods
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Comfortable working in a warm and humid, greenhouse-like environment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Previous packaging, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience is an asset
