Packaging Designer

At our facility in St. Mary's, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Industrial Designer:

•  Design innovative solutions that meet client needs while considering manufacturing constraints, timelines, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Analyze client needs and translate them into functional, manufacturable design concepts.
• Manage and document project activities including specifications, samples and tooling.  
• Provide technical support, optimize designs, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

You too, put forward your strengths: 

•  Diploma in package design or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in corrugated packaging.
• Strong design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Strong understanding of client needs and ability to provide tailored solutions.
• Skilled in managing projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Proficient in technical design software and open to innovation.
