Schedule: Sunday to Thursday
Shift Time: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Inspect raw protein and packaged products thoroughly to ensure compliance with strict quality standards.
• Operate vacuum-sealing machinery to safely package products according to precise customer specifications.
• Verify that product weights, descriptions, batch codes, and expiration dates are accurately printed and recorded on all labels.
• Monitor packaging materials to guarantee seals are intact, airtight, and free from tears, damage, or visual contamination.
• Prepare and pack finished goods into proper customer cartons and containers for shipping and storage.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Report any equipment irregularities, packaging flaws, or quality issues immediately to the Production Manager.
• Perform additional packaging, sorting, and food processing duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
• Willingness and comfort working directly with raw protein/meat products in a chilled food processing environment.
• Physical capability to perform lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing 30+ lbs safely and regularly.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and perform repetitive manual movements for the duration of a full shift.
• Strict commitment to occupational health, personal hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Previous experience in food processing, packaging, manufacturing & logistics.
• Strong attention to detail to identify quality defects or label inaccuracies quickly.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for repetitive packaging tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong teamwork mindset and a positive attitude in a fast-paced production setting.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing routine assembly line functions.
