You will have the opportunity to showcase your spray painting skills on large projects in an environment that values craftsmanship over a fast-moving assembly line. Job Title: Industrial Spray Painter
Location: Paris, Ontario
Shift: Straight days, Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (unpaid lunch)
Pay: $25/hour

Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Operating spray paint equipment to finish large-scale, custom projects.
Performing repetitive yet detailed custom painting tasks to ensure high-quality finishes.
Preparing surfaces and materials for painting as required.
Collaborating with a small team to meet project deadlines.
Maintaining a clean and safe workstation.
Qualifications
Proven Spray Paint Experience: Hands-on experience with spray painting is required.
Industrial or Custom Experience: Prior experience in an industrial setting or doing custom work is highly valued (we are looking for custom shop experience rather than automotive assembly line experience).
Safety Conscious: Must own and wear CSA-approved safety shoes.
Reliability: Ability to start immediately or provide short notice, and maintain excellent attendance.
No Background Check Required: Criminal record check is not required for this role.
