- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Manage expense tracking and petty cash
- Support payroll processing (as needed)
Qualifications
We are looking for the following for this Accounting Clerk role located in Mississauga:
- A minimum of 2 year of accounting experience is required.
- A post-graduate diploma or degree in either business administration or accounting is required.
- Strong experience with MS Excel including pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Strong communication is required for this role.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
