In this Accounts Payable Clerk role in Mississauga, you will be responsible for the following:
- Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with month-end closing processes and audits
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Qualifications
In this Accounts Payable Clerk role in Mississauga, you will be required to have the following:
- Minimum 1 year of experience processing full-cycle AP is an asset.
- Previous experience working with Epicore is a strong asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Requires critical thinking and an analytical mindset.
- Must be able to work part-time hours onsite 3 days per week.
