Responsibilities
-Record and reconcile daily financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
-Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections
-Prepare and process payroll, including statutory deductions and remittances in compliance with regulations
-Prepare and post journal entries related to routine transactions, accruals, and adjustments
-Generate monthly financial statements and support the year-end close process
-Maintain well-organized, up-to-date financial records to ensure audit readiness and compliance
Qualifications
-Proven experience preparing and posting journal entries accurately and in a timely manner
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes
-Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-Must be available to work on-site at least three fixed days per week
-Comfortable with a short-term contract and able to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment
