Responsibilities
-Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
-Verify and enter timesheet data into payroll system using ADP Workforce Now
-Update employee records, including new hires and status changes
-Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries
-Generate and distribute pay statements
-Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
-Support year-end reporting and tax form preparation
Qualifications
-Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
-Proven experience in payroll processing.
-Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is an asset.
-Strong proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or Workday (preferred).
-Excellent communication skills (English); fluency in French is an asset.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
-Highly organized, with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail.
