- Manage a high volume of incoming calls using a high-tech switchboard system, ensuring callers are directed accurately and efficiently.
- Greet and direct visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Type and file professional notes, manage correspondence, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with billing tasks and related administrative accounting duties.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the front office operates seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or clinical setting.
- Proficiency with office management systems and a high comfort level learning new, "high-tech" reception software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

To ensure your success, this position begins with a comprehensive 4-week training period conducted on a full-time basis:
Initial 4 Weeks: Monday – Friday 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM.
Ongoing Permanent Schedule: Monday – Friday Choice of 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
