Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Perform billing tasks and related administrative duties.
- Type and file professional notes and other correspondence.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
- Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an asset.
- Proficiency with high-tech reception and office management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Schedule: This position begins with an initial 4-week training period, requiring full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM). After the initial training, the role will transition to a permanent part-time schedule (Monday to Friday) with hours typically from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
