Your Impact
Orchestrate Warehouse Flow: Safely command a Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklift to load, offload, and strategically maneuver materials throughout the facility.
Drive Client Success: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, seamlessly coordinating and scheduling shipments via phone and email.
Own the Data: Maintain absolute accuracy by capturing, tracking, and inputting critical shipment data directly into our inventory systems.
Maximize Space & Efficiency: Hand-manage warehouse materials, ensuring the floor is organized, optimized, and safe (manually lifting up to 40–50 lbs).
Who You Are
Certified Expert: You hold a valid, current Forklift License (Sit-Down Counterbalance).
Articulate Communicator: You possess strong English communication skills, allowing you to draft professional emails and deliver excellent customer service over the phone.
Tech-Fluent: You navigate computers, inventory management software, and communication tools with confidence.
Physically Agile: You are ready to handle manual lifting (40–50 lbs) and remain active, standing, or walking throughout a 4-hour shift.

Responsibilities
Drive & Load: Use a Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklift to efficiently load/unload incoming and outgoing trailers and manage warehouse stock.
Client Outreach: Manage incoming and outgoing customer communication via phone and email to ensure smooth shipment pickups.
Data Capture: Maintain accurate digital records by inputting key shipping and receiving details into the system.
Heavy Lifting: Manually move, stack, and organize materials weighing up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
Qualifications
Must have valid forklift license and minimum 1 year experience with the Sit down counterbalance
Comfortable using the computer and excellent customer service skills
