Position: Shipping Associate / Warehouse Associate
Location: Calgary, AB
Shift: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only each week
Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day shipping, receiving, and packaging of pharmaceutical products accurately and efficiently
• Print shipping labels, general waybills, and invoices using internal computer systems and spreadsheets
• Prepare packages by placing products into specialized coolers, wrapping coolers, and staging completed shipments
• Process inbound shipments once daily and ensure accurate inventory staging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving warehouse area
• Coordinate product pickups and deliveries directly with couriers
• Answer the door for occasional patient pickups, providing friendly and professional verbal communication
• Monitor shipping materials, supplies, and inventory levels, reporting discrepancies to the Supervisor
• Use a laptop for daily task tracking, timeclock entries via Microsoft Teams, and documentation
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Secondary School Diploma equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail/specialty pharmacy setting OR 2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or assembly line environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Comfort working in a temperature-controlled environment (warehouse can be chilly in the back area)
• Must be comfortable using digital tools and computers for training and daily logging tasks
