Position: Parts Coordinator – Transport Division
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Wage: Competitive hourly wage (equivalent to approximately $58,000–$62,000 annually), with overtime eligibility.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily parts activity to support technicians and service operations
- Start work and open shop at 6:30AM
- Provide parts counter support for internal technicians and external customers
- Stage, organize, and prioritize parts for scheduled and urgent service work
- Receive and verify incoming parts, ensuring accuracy and proper system entry
- Maintain inventory accuracy through system updates, organization, and cycle counts
- Track backorders and communicate part status and ETAs to stakeholders
- Support the Parts Manager and Service Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure the parts area remains organized, efficient, and audit-ready
- Collaborate across departments to keep workflows moving smoothly
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift experience or certification is considered a strong asset
- Previous experience in parts coordination, inventory, or service-based environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a shop environment and handling parts as required
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (order entry, system lookups, email)
- Ability to reliably start work at 6:30 AM
