Responsibilities
• Unload, inspect, and log incoming deliveries from various vendors.
• Verify warehouse counts to guarantee a 97.5% inventory accuracy rate.
• Arrange and label all warehouse components for quick retrieval.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized storage environment.
• Process returned components and manage vendor warranty documentation.
• Gather, pack, and prepare aftermarket parts orders for distribution.
• Create shipping labels and manifests using UPS, Cardinal, and Manitoulin.
• Monitor stock levels in the company database to prompt reordering.
• Update purchasing and sales teams regarding delivery delays or low stock.
• Help load outward-bound freight shipments and containers.
• Construct custom crates and protective packaging for secure transport.
Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting, as an Inventory Clerk, or as a Parts Specialist.
• Comfort using computers for data entry and shipping operations.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing & logistics facility.
• Reliable transportation for daily on-site shifts in Thamesville, Ontario.
• Forklift experience or safety credentials are a strong benefit.
• Solid background in warehouse logistics, stocking, or order fulfillment.
• Competency using warehouse tracking software or databases.
• Familiarity with shipping tools like UPS, Cardinal, or Manitoulin.
• Strong precision and a focus on detail to minimize counting errors.
• Team-oriented communication skills for cross-department coordination.
• Physical capability to manage standard warehouse handling and lifting.
